OUR STORY
Triple R Baseball was founded with a simple mission: to provide young athletes with the highest quality baseball training in a professional, family-oriented environment.
What started as a small operation has grown into one of Northern New Jersey's premier baseball training facilities, serving hundreds of players each year from beginners to college-level athletes.
Our state-of-the-art facilities feature indoor hitting cages, pitching mounds, and full-field training areas, allowing us to train year-round regardless of weather conditions.

Ryan Rivera
Founder & Lead Instructor
I'm Ryan Rivera (@ryanrivyy) — a professional baseball player with a passion for the game and an even bigger passion for giving back to the next generation.
A Jersey kid at heart, I played high school ball at St. Joseph's in Montvale, NJ before taking my talents to Caldwell University. From there, I got the opportunity to play professional baseball across some incredible places — San Francisco, Puerto Rico, Michigan, and right back home with the New Jersey Jackals.
In 2020, I turned that experience into something bigger: the opening of my first Triple R facility, built with one mission in mind — helping young athletes reach the next level in their game. Whether you're refining the fundamentals or chasing a dream, I've been where you want to go, and I'm here to help you get there.
